Do you offer Make Up Classes?

Yes! CircArts offers unlimited reschedule of classes!

We want you to enjoy the benefits of our programs, and ensure you do not fall behind learning skills or with body strength & conditioning, so if you are away, ill or you simply can’t make it to your scheduled class, simply send us an email or text and we can reschedule your class.

You can reschedule before or after a class is missed. The following policies do apply to ensure we can provide a great experience to our members:

–          Classes can be rescheduled up to three days in advance and must be booked via email to info@circarts.com.au
We can’t reschedule more than three days in advance as we don’t know if a space will be available, and we don’t want to overfill classes.
–          You can only book into a class where spaces exist. We don’t want to overfill classes as the experience of kids is our number one priority.

If you are going to be absent we ask that you let us know, that way we can offer your place to a student who is looking to reschedule their class that week.

Make up classes are not available for Senior Troupe classes.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes! Only the first child pays full fare. A 5% sibling discount is applied to the lesser tuition. Please note that sibling discounts are not offered in our Troupe program.

I am going on Holiday, can I have a reduction in my tuition?

Your tuition pays for your place in the class, regardless of attendance. Our costs do not change if you miss a class and we are therefore not able to offer a reduction in tuition. If we were to allow reductions in tuition for holidays and other missed classes this would result in a significant increase in fees for all our members.

We do offer unlimited class reschedules, so please refer to our make up policy above.

Please note that should you decide to remove your enrolment while you are away, we cannot reserve your place in class for when you return, however we can put you on the waiting list.

Can I change my class?

Absolutely! As long as a vacancy exists in a suitable class, and the change is approved via email.

Troupe membership is based on a 1 year commitment, classes are meticulously planned in advance, based on the students enrolled in the troupes. Should you wish to un enrol from a troupe program, you will be charged 100% of the remaining years tuition.

Can I drop a class Mid Term?

Yes, however the full tuition of the term will still be payable. Your tuition pays for your place in the class, regardless of attendance. Our costs do not change if you decide to discontinue mid term, and we are therefore not able to offer a reduction in tuition. If we were to allow reductions in tuition, this would result in a significant increase in fees for all our members.

I need to drop my class for a medical reason

If you need to drop your class for a medical reason, 14 days written notice is required via email. Although we are unable to hold your place in the class, as a courtesy you will be placed at the top of our waiting list for your preferred class if a medical certificate is supplied. Upon your return you are able to reschedule the classes missed in the 14 days notice.

Can I enrol on a casual basis, or attend a different class each week?

Enrolling in a class secures your place in that class until you let us know that you no longer wish to attend. For the safety and enjoyment of our students our classes operate on a ratio of 1 coach to 7-12 students.

We are unable to allow students to enrol casually ongoing, or in a different class on alternating weeks. If we allowed this it would result in either a vacant spot that we are unable to fill, or an overfull class, and inconsistency in training for our regular members. Neither of these are viable options so we are unable to accommodate this.

We do, however have a casual attendance option for adults classes. You can purchase a 'class pass' via the online portal. Send us an email / text on the day of the class you want to attend, if there is space and the class is suitable, we will book you in and a class will be deducted from your 'class pass'.

What does my annual membership cover?

Why aren't parents allowed in the training area?

There are a few reasons why we don’t allow parents into the training area (with the exception of parent assisted classes). We ask that you please respect this rule as it is difficult for our coaches to ask you to step outside the space while they are coaching their class.

We have 'Come & Watch' week

–          It’s not safe for you. There is lots of stuff happening in the gym, both on the ground and in the air. We want to keep you from falling over, getting landed on or bumping into something so please do not enter the training area.

–          It’s not safe for our participants. If parents enter the training area it is distracting to our athletes and can cause injury. If they land on you, it will probably hurt them more than it hurts you so please make sure you don’t enter the training area.

- Ever started learning something new? When you are first learning a new skill, it can be nerve wracking to be watched! Especially by your parents, and even more so, by a large group of parent's you don't know!

–          We need to be fair to all our members. We understand that sometimes your child might need a little extra encouragement to join a class, especially if it is the first time. If a coach invites you to walk your child in please firstly remove your shoes, stay with your child until they are settled, then quickly and safely walk from the training area into reception.

–          The equipment is expensive and we want to keep it in good condition. Did you know our training floor cost over $15,000?  Crash mats are in excess of $5000. Keeping the gym in top condition is expensive but the safety of our students is our number one priority.

How do I re-enrol?

There is no need to re enroll! Once you have enrolled in a class you will remain an active member until you let us know that you would like to stop attending. We automatically enrol you each term, so you get first priority and do not miss out on your favourite class.

If you want to stop your enrolment, simply send an email to info@circarts.com.au before the end of term, letting us know that you would like to drop your enrollment for the next term.

At the end of each calendar year, your annual registration fee will be added to your account. To secure your place for the following year, please ensure your registration is paid by 30th of November. You will be eligible for our earlybird membership of $25, if paid by 30 Nov, otherwise, registration will be $50, if paid after 30 November.

Your enrolment will not be held, after 10th of Jan, if not requested prior.

Can I take photos in the studio?

All other classes:

Parents are not permitted to enter the training space. Please see FAQ for a detailed description of this rule. Ask your child's coach at the end of class, and if there is time, they will be happy for you to take a photo of your child with their favourite skill. You may take photos of your child through the viewing window or door, however you are not permitted to take photos of other people’s children without their expressed permission.

Adults classes:

Snap away! Just check with your fellow students first if they are in the photo, and of course, if there are kids training in the space, make sure the photo doesn't include them, unless you have their parents permission.

‐ Drink bottles will be carried in the gym and available to athletes at all times
‐ Where necessary, breaks will be taken in air-conditioned areas including the long room, parents room and party room

Where the temperature is or exceeds 37 degrees at 3pm, all afternoon and evening classes will be cancelled on that day. If a cool change is expected before 6pm later classes may still run.
