PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy and website disclaimer, govern CircArts Pty Ltd's relationship with you in relation to your use of this website.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Us", "Our" and "We" refers to CircArts Pty Ltd (ABN 59 601 144 754), trading as CircArts Geelong, and "You" and "Your" refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website. Classes, programs and other bookings are covered by our Terms and Conditions, Member Terms and the participant agreements you sign when you book, not by these website terms.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, or from your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You must be 18 or over to buy goods or services or make a booking through this website. A parent or guardian must book for anyone under 18.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, or longer, depending on the delivery option. If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will sort it out in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Digital goods, such as gift cards, are delivered by email. Should you have any technical problems with any of our digital goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We handle returns and refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If something you bought from us has a problem, contact us and we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
If you simply change your mind about goods you bought from us, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. Unopened goods will be refunded in full, by the same method that you made payment.

We may from time to time provide on our website links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between us and the owners of those websites. FITNESS AND EXERCISE
Exercise and health are matters that vary from person to person. Circus, acrobatic and aerial training involves the possibility of physical injury. Taking part in CircArts classes and programs is covered by the participant agreement you sign when you book, which explains the risks and your rights.
You should consult a doctor if you are unsure whether a fitness program is right for you. Not all exercises or activities, such as but not limited to Circus, Acrobatic and Aerial training, are suitable for everyone. The information presented in this website is general information only and is in no way intended as a substitute for medical, nutritional or psychological advice.

This agreement and this website are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
