Membership Information
CircArts Youth (Age 3 - 17yrs)
Minimum enrolment term - 1 Semester (22-25 weeks)
Introductory sessions (trial classes) are available and can be booked online.
Make up classes are included in your membership and roll over each term. Make ups expire when your membership is cancelled.
Tuition cannot be pro rated for missed classes.
For your convenience, all enrolments are automatically renewed every Semester & year to year, unless advised otherwise via email, 4 weeks prior to the end of the current enrolled semester. Early cancellation will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining expected tuition for the semester.
Sibling discounts may apply and automatically calculate on enrolment at checkout, if all classes are enrolled in at once.
Tuition is paid in advance each term, via direct debit payment plan or in full before your first class.
TUITION INVESTMENT
Starts at $30 per week
TUITION PERIOD
Classes run all year including through all school holidays, with a break from Dec 18 to Jan 15.
Over some school holidays, school holiday programs are also available.
Open Training: FREE if attending 4 or more classes per week, however must be approved by your coach. Parent supervision is required for students under 15yrs.
Enrolment is for the year, which consists of 2 semesters.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please let us know by the end of may and we can cancel your enrolment for the 2nd Semester (July - Dec), or in November/Dec for the following year.
Direct Debit Payment Plans
4 weeks tuition is required upfront as a non refundable deposit, then tuition is direct debited weekly ongoing from your nominated card.

Tinies/Level 1:
Uniform Tshirt - leggings of your choice.
Level 2 & Beyond: Uniform Tshirts, leggings of your choice. CircArts Hoody recommended during winter.
Uniform Pricing

Mid Year/End of Year In House Showcase Tickets: $20 - $28pp / $85-$100 Family of 5
We usually hold a mid year and end of year show, end of June and end of November! We keep things simple to keep costs down for families as much as we can.
Performance fee: $25-$55pp
(Covers additional rehearsals, venue insurance etc. Applies only when performing at other venues. We offer several performances per year in house at CircArts where this does not apply.)
Pop up performances and community events: Varies on a per event basis. Participation is usually optional and cheap.. we just love to bring the community together. :)
Group Act Costume hire: $20-$35 per costume - usually 1 costume per 1-2 classes taken, per child) Where possible we utilise costumes for multiple acts to keep the costs down for families!
Solo costumes: $35-$75 per costume if hired or provide your own. We will ask what you prefer.
Competition entry fees: Competing is entirely at the students choice. Sometimes we hold optional in house competions - entry is $5-$35 depending on the event.
If you decide to compete in state/national/international events ie Australian Circus Festival or Miss Lyra Australia, you will need to arrange this yourself and pay any associated fees. Of course we will support you with your preparation! :)
