We are generally closed for all public holidays except Easter Monday, or where a public holiday falls during rehearsal weeks for our mid or end of year shows. A make up class is offered for all public holidays that fall on class days, so student's do not miss training. Simply book your make up class with reception!

  • Yes! You are more than welcome to try a class before signing up.

Intro sessions can be booked here: https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/circartsgeelong

Follow the above link to create an account and book your intro session now!

  • Yes! CircArts offers unlimited reschedule of classes! *within reason and subject to availability.

We want you to enjoy the benefits of our programs, and ensure you do not fall behind learning skills or with body strength & conditioning, so if you are away, ill or you simply can’t make it to your scheduled class, simply send us an email or text and we can reschedule your class.

We want every student to have the same opportunity to progress, and we don’t believe you should fall behind if there is a public holiday, if you go away for a few days, or if you need to take time off because you are sick.

You can reschedule before or after a class is missed. The following policies do apply to ensure we can provide a great experience to our members:

    – Youth classes can be rescheduled up to three days in advance and must be booked via email to geelong@circarts.com.au

    – We can’t reschedule more than three days in advance unless we we know a space will be available. We don’t want to overfill classes.

    – You can only book into a class where spaces exist. We don’t want to overfill classes as the experience of students is our number one priority.

    –  Make up classes are only available while you are an enrolled paying student. If you are no longer enrolled in classes at CircArts, unfortunately your make up classes will be forfeited. When you renew your membership, your make up classes will be reinstated, if it is within 3 months.

    – Make up classes are provided for all physical classes that have been paid for and missed.

    – Make up classes can only be used while you are an enrolled paying member.

    – Make up classes cannot be used to reduce semester tuition payments for any reason.

    – Make up classes can only be used against equivalent classes, holiday programs and CircArts in house workshops with CircArts core trainers.

    – Make up classes do not expire unless you cancel your membership and do not re enrol within 3 months.

    - Make up classes cannot be used to enrol in new classes. They can only be used to make up a session in a class that is already running and has a space available due to an absence.

    –  Make up classes are only available if your absence is logged via the Wellness Living Online Portal at least 6hrs prior (Early Cancel). Please ensure you do so online as soon as you know you will be missing your class.

This allows us to offer your place to a student who is looking to reschedule their class. Win Win!

Note: Make up classes are only available at the discretion of CircArts and not available for all specialty classes. Some specialty classes are only offered 1x per week so make up classes may not be available in the same class. Use this opportunity to schedule a make up class in an alternate discipline and try something new!

  • Your tuition pays for your place in the class, regardless of attendance.
Our costs do not change if you miss a class and we are therefore not able to offer a reduction in tuition. If we were to allow reductions in tuition for holidays and other missed classes this would result in a significant increase in fees for all our members. We do offer unlimited class reschedules, so please refer to our make up policy above.

Please note that should you decide to remove your enrolment while you are away, we cannot reserve your place in class for when you return, however we can put you on the waiting list.

  • Absolutely! As long as a vacancy exists in a suitable class, and the change is approved via email. You can change class in the following Semester. Enrolment is based on a 1 year commitment, classes are meticulously planned in advance, based on the students enrolled in the troupes. Should you wish to un enrol from a troupe program, you will be charged 100% of the remaining years tuition, unless your space in class is filled before your cancellation date.

  • Yes, however the full tuition of the semester will still be payable. Your tuition pays for your place in the class, regardless of attendance. Our costs do not change if you decide to discontinue mid semester, and we are therefore not able to offer a reduction in tuition. If we were to allow reductions in tuition, this would result in a significant increase in fees for all our members

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If you need to drop your class for a medical reason, 14 days written notice is required via email. Although we are unable to hold your place in the class, as a courtesy you will be placed at the top of our waiting list for your preferred class if a medical certificate is supplied. Upon your return you are able to reschedule the classes missed in the 14 days notice.

  • We do offer some limited pop up/casual classes, which may be suitable for you.

Generally, enrolling in a class secures your place in that class until you let us know that you no longer wish to attend.

For the safety and enjoyment of our students our classes operate on a ratio of 1 coach to 7-12 students, depending on the level and specialty (some classes ie partner acro need more students to achieve certain skills).

Classes only run based on the number of enrolled students. If we allowed casual classes, we could not offer the consistency and quality of tuition which allows our students to progress. We are unable to allow students to enrol casually ongoing, or in a different class on alternating weeks. If we allowed this it would result in either a vacant spot that we are unable to fill, or an overfull class, and inconsistency in training for our regular members. Neither of these are viable options so we are unable to accommodate this.

  • Membership - DUE TO COVID, MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN PAUSED

Annual membership fee covers insurance and registration with CircArts, and is renewed on the 31st of December each year.

This fee is payable regardless of how long a member stays at the studio, and refunds are not available. This fee is added to your first account each calendar year.

Students 3-6yrs: $90 -  Membership, registration and 1x Uniform Tshirt

  • There are a few reasons why we don’t allow parents into the training area (with the exception of parent assisted classes). We ask that you please respect this rule as it is difficult for our coaches to ask you to step outside the space while they are coaching their class.

We have 'Parent Participation' weeks each semester at the end of Term 1 and Term 3, where you can not only watch the class but join in also!

We also have regular performance opportunities such as the mid and end of year show where you can see your child perform, along with many community events throughout the year to connect with coaches and celebrate your childs progress.

We also have cameras in the training area so you can view the classes from reception.

    –          It’s not safe for you. There is lots of stuff happening in the gym, both on the ground and in the air. We want to keep you from falling over, getting landed on or bumping into something so please do not enter the training area.

    –          It’s not safe for our participants. If parents enter the training area it is distracting to our athletes and can cause injury. If they land on you, it will probably hurt them more than it hurts you so please make sure you don’t enter the training area.

    - Ever started learning something new? When you are first learning a new skill, it can be nerve wracking to be watched! Especially by your parents, and even more so, by a large group of parent's you don't know!

    –          We need to be fair to all our members. We understand that sometimes your child might need a little extra encouragement to join a class, especially if it is the first time. If a coach invites you to walk your child in please firstly remove your shoes, stay with your child until they are settled, then quickly and safely walk from the training area into reception.

    –          The equipment is expensive and we want to keep it in good condition. Did you know our training floor cost over $15,000?  Crash mats are in excess of $5000. Each piece of aerial equipment is worth hundreds of dollars. Keeping the studio in top condition is expensive but the safety of our students is our number one priority.

NOTE: In some instances we may allow carers to stay and watch, however this is at the studio managers discretion and only for the purpose of assisting students who need extra support.

  • There is no need to re enrol! Once you have enrolled in a class you will remain an active member until you let us know that you would like to stop attending.

We automatically enrol you each year, so you get first priority and do not miss out on your favourite class. If you want to stop your enrolment, simply send an email to geelong@circarts.com.au at least 4 weeks before the end of semester, letting us know that you would like to drop your enrolment for the next semester.

At the end of each calendar year, we will ask you pay your advanced non refundable deposit for the following.

Please advise us if you do not wish to continue, so another student can take your place.
