CircArts is seeking a Receptionist & Studio Administrator who will be the welcoming face of our studio AND an essential support behind the scenes.
This dynamic role combines front-of-house energy with creative and operational admin – ideal for someone who thrives on variety and loves helping a great team shine.
✨ Your Role Will Include:
Greeting members, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Managing enquiries, bookings, and class reschedules via email, phone and front desk.
Assisting with scheduling – updating things across systems and coordinating resources
Creating and posting social media content to promote the magic of our programs, shows and student achievements
Supporting studio leadership with general admin, accounts, communication and event logistics.
Helping to maintain an organised, welcoming, positive and professional studio environment.
✨ You’ll Love This Role If You:
Have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Are confident with software (Google Suite, Trello, Instagram, Canva, various studio management systems)
Are a great problem-solver, can multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Have a creative eye for visuals, writing or social media.
Are available weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays

Tiny Circus Coach (Ages 3–5)
Do you love working with young children and creating magical learning experiences?
CircArts is looking for a warm, energetic and engaging Tiny Circus Coach to join our growing team.
Our Tiny Circus program introduces children aged 3–5 years to the exciting world of circus through movement, games, imagination and skill development. Every class is designed to build confidence, coordination and creativity in a fun and supportive environment.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can create a positive, encouraging atmosphere while leading engaging classes for our youngest circus students.
This position offers flexible days for the right person. At this stage, we're primarily looking for availability for:
Weekday morning classes
Saturday classes
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering fun and engaging Tiny Circus classes for children aged 3–5
Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment
Encouraging confidence, coordination and creativity through play-based learning
Setting up and packing away equipment
Building positive relationships with children and their families
Representing CircArts with enthusiasm and professionalism
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for working with young children
Confident leading groups independently
Reliable, organised and punctual
Friendly, energetic and patient
Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
The following experience is highly regarded:
Early Childhood Education or Childcare
Gymnastics coaching
KinderGym or recreational gymnastics
Dance or movement programs for preschool-aged children
Teaching or coaching children aged 3–5
Circus experience is a bonus but not essential. Full training in our Tiny Circus program will be provided.

Mums & Bubs Coach
Passionate about supporting parents and little ones through movement? We'd love to hear from you!
CircArts is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and engaging Mums & Bubs Coach to lead our growing early years program.
Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed for parents or caregivers and their babies to connect through movement, play and exploration in a welcoming, supportive environment. These sessions focus on building confidence, encouraging early development, and creating a fun social space for families.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who is warm, approachable and confident leading small groups of parents and babies. You'll create engaging sessions that combine movement, sensory play and age-appropriate activities in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.
This position offers flexible weekday morning hours, with opportunities to grow the program as demand increases.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and delivering engaging Mums & Bubs classes
Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for parents and caregivers
Facilitating movement, play and sensory activities that encourage early development

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Circus Party Coach to help deliver unforgettable birthday parties and special events at our Grovedale studio.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating a fun, energetic atmosphere while confidently leading groups of children through exciting circus activities.
What you'll be doing
Running circus birthday parties independently
Setting up and packing down equipment before and after each party
Leading engaging circus games and activities
Creating a safe, welcoming and fun experience for every participant
Representing CircArts with professionalism and enthusiasm
Regular availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
There may also be opportunities to assist with weekday school workshops and other special events.
What we're looking for
Confident leading groups of children independently
Reliable, punctual and organised
Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic
Comfortable taking initiative and managing a session from start to finish
Able to safely set up and pack away circus equipment
Experience
The following experience is highly regarded:
Gymnastics
Tumbling or acrobatics
Recreation, coaching or teaching children
Dance, cheerleading or similar movement-based activities
Experience in aerial circus is an advantage, but not essential. We provide full training and support to teach our circus programs.
