CircArts is seeking a Receptionist & Studio Administrator who will be the welcoming face of our studio AND an essential support behind the scenes.
This dynamic role combines front-of-house energy with creative and operational admin – ideal for someone who thrives on variety and loves helping a great team shine.
✨ Your Role Will Include:
Greeting members, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Managing enquiries, bookings, and class reschedules via email, phone and front desk.
Assisting with scheduling – updating things across systems and coordinating resources
Creating and posting social media content to promote the magic of our programs, shows and student achievements
Supporting studio leadership with general admin, accounts, communication and event logistics.
Helping to maintain an organised, welcoming, positive and professional studio environment.
✨ You’ll Love This Role If You:
Have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Are confident with software (Google Suite, Trello, Instagram, Canva, various studio management systems)
Are a great problem-solver, can multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Have a creative eye for visuals, writing or social media.
Are available weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays

Have experience in admin, reception or creative marketing.

Early Years Coach (Tinies + Sensory + Mums & Bubs)
Do you love working with little humans and turning chaos into confidence (with a sprinkle of circus magic)?
CircArts is expanding our early years programs and we’re looking for an enthusiastic coach to lead:
✨ Tinies Circus (ages 2–5)
👶 Baby Sensory Play
🌿 Quiet Time Sensory (neurodiversity-friendly)
🤱 Mums & Bubs classesThis is an energetic, rewarding role for someone who loves child-led play, calm routines, inclusive spaces, and helping families feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
✨ What You’ll Do
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers
Create a warm, structured environment with clear routines (hello circle, activity stations, movement time, calm-down/quiet time)
Run sensory play experiences (tactile, vestibular, proprioceptive) with safe set-ups and smooth transitions
Facilitate Quiet Time Sensory sessions with a gentle approach and supportive strategies for neurodivergent children
Lead Mums & Bubs sessions that are inclusive, supportive, and community-focused
Communicate confidently with parents/caregivers and support positive studio culture
Maintain a safe, clean, organised learning environment and follow child-safety practices
✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
Have experience with young children (coaching, childcare, kinder, OSHC, teaching, therapy assistant, etc.)
Are calm, patient, playful, and confident managing groups and transitions
Understand sensory needs and can create a regulated, low-pressure environment
Can adapt activities for different needs and abilities
Are reliable, proactive, and love being part of a team
🕒 Availability
Ideally available for weekday mornings, some afternoons, and/or Saturday mornings (depending on demand).
📌 Requirements (or willing to obtain)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have
Early childhood qualification/experience
Experience supporting neurodivergent children (ASD/ADHD/sensory processing needs)
Circus, dance, gymnastics, music/movement, or play-based facilitation background

• Aerials: Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, Hammock, Straps, Rope/Corde
• Acrobatics: Tumbling, Partner/Group Acro, Handbalancing
• Contortion / Flexibility / Mobility
• Circus Foundations: Juggling, Balance (unicycle/rola bola), object manipulation
• Performance: Stage presence, character, choreography, routine development
• Conditioning: strength & prehab for aerialists/acro✅ You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have proven experience coaching your discipline (all levels or speciality levels)
• Prioritise safety, progressions, spotting and clear class structure
• Communicate well with students/parents and collaborate with a wider team
• Are reliable, professional, and aligned with a positive, high-achieving environment
• Hold (or can obtain) WWCC + First Aid/CPR🌟 Bonus points if you:
• Can choreograph routines and support performance pathways
• Enjoy workshops, intensives, private lessons or holiday programs
• Have rigging knowledge (where relevant) or are keen to upskill🕒 Availability: Afternoons/evenings and/or Saturdays (varies by program demand).
