Why adults stay

Train hard, play hard, belong.

Most adults arrive thinking they're not strong or flexible enough. That's exactly why they come. Strength is built here, one class at a time, alongside people who become your friends.

  • No fitness required. Every skill is broken into steps, with options for every body and every level.
  • Real progress you can see. Your first climb, first inversion, first drop. Skills you'll be proud to show people.
  • Strength that carries over. Grip, core, shoulders and flexibility built through technique, not punishment.
  • A crew, not a crowd. Classes of 8 mean coaches know your name and your goals.
  • Perform if you want to. Adults can join our shows, cabarets and events. Totally optional.

Your progression

From first climb to show-ready

Good to know

Questions adults ask

I'm not strong or flexible. Can I still do this?

Yes. Most of our adults started with no fitness, strength or flexibility at all. Beginner classes build strength gradually and coaches give you options for every skill.

Am I too old to start?

No. We train adults of all ages, including members well over 50. Coaches adapt every class to your body and your goals.

What should I wear?

Fitted activewear. For aerials, leggings that cover your knees and a fitted top that covers your underarms make grip much more comfortable. No zips or jewellery, and bring a water bottle.

What if I miss a class?

Cancel in the Momence app at least 6 hours before class and you'll get a make-up credit to use within 3 months.

How does the membership work?

You pay your $149 Welcome Kit and first week upfront, then classes are billed weekly. If it's not for you, stop within the first 4 weeks with no notice. After that there's a 12-week minimum, then it continues month to month with 4 weeks' notice by email to geelong@circarts.com.au. You can pause for up to 4 weeks a year.

Where do I park?

There's 5-minute drop-off parking out front of our Grovedale studio. We're also close to public transport, and walking or cycling is always welcome.
