1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by CircArts Geelong (the Promoter), located in Grovedale, Victoria, Australia.

2. Competition Period

• Opening date: Saturday, 10 October 2026

• Closing date: Monday, 30 November 2026, at 11:59 pm AEDT

• Prize draw: Tuesday, 1 December 2026

• Draw time: 10:00am

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Be aged 18 years or over and be the parent or legal guardian responsible for the Tinies Membership.

• Reside in Victoria, Australia.

• Purchase an eligible CircArts Geelong Tinies Membership during the competition period.

• Provide accurate contact details through their CircArts membership account.

Existing CircArts families are eligible if they purchase a new eligible Tinies Membership during the competition period.

The competition is not open to CircArts Geelong employees or their immediate families.

4. How to Enter

Every eligible Tinies Membership purchased during the competition period automatically receives one entry into the prize draw.

No separate competition registration is required.

Memberships must be successfully purchased and payment confirmed to qualify.

There is no additional fee to enter the competition beyond the ordinary cost of purchasing a membership.

All standard CircArts Geelong membership terms, conditions and cancellation policies continue to apply.

5. Bonus Entries

Eligible participants may receive up to three additional entries by completing the following activities during the competition period.

Bonus Entry 1 – Enrol a Friend

Refer a friend who purchases an eligible CircArts Tinies Membership during the competition period.

The referring family will receive one additional entry once the friend's membership purchase has been confirmed.

The referring family must notify CircArts Geelong of the referral so the bonus entry can be allocated correctly.

Bonus Entry 2 – Social Media Sharing

Share your CircArts Tinies enrolment on Facebook or Instagram.

To claim the bonus entry:

• Share a post or story about joining CircArts Tinies.

• Take a screenshot showing the post or story.

• Email the screenshot to CircArts Geelong with your name and your child's name.

One bonus entry is available per eligible family for completing this activity.

Bonus Entry 3 – Preschool Promotion

Share information about CircArts Tinies classes with a local preschool, kindergarten or early learning centre.

To claim the bonus entry:

• Share CircArts Tinies promotional information with the centre, with its permission.

• Take a photo showing the promotional material being shared or displayed.

• Email the photo to CircArts Geelong with your name and your child's name.

One bonus entry is available per eligible family for completing this activity.

Photographs must not include identifiable children or other individuals without appropriate permission.

Maximum Entries

Each eligible family may receive up to four entries in total:

• One entry for purchasing an eligible Tinies Membership.

• One bonus entry for enrolling a friend.

• One bonus entry for sharing their enrolment on social media.

• One bonus entry for promoting Tinies classes at a preschool or early learning centre.

Each bonus activity may only be claimed once per eligible family.

All bonus entry evidence must be received before the competition closes.

CircArts Geelong reserves the right to verify that bonus entry requirements have been completed.

6. Prize Details

There is one prize available.

Prize: Red Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Kids' Electric Ride-On Car

Total prize value: AUD $300

The prize includes:

• 12V rechargeable battery

• Battery charger

• Parent-operated remote control

• Forward and reverse gears

• Music and start button

• LED headlights

• Seatbelt

• Suspension

Manufacturer's recommended age: 3 years and over.

Maximum rider weight: 28 kg.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prize will be provided in its original packaging.

7. Prize Draw and Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw on Tuesday, 1 December 2026.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The draw will be conducted at CircArts Geelong using a random selection method.

The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner.

The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted in writing via the email address associated with their CircArts membership within two business days of the draw.

CircArts Geelong may also contact the winner by telephone.

The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to arrange collection of the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this period, CircArts Geelong may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.

Any redraw will use the same random selection method as the original draw.

9. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected from CircArts Geelong in Grovedale, Victoria, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.

Collection will be arranged directly with the winner.

No fee will be charged to the winner to accept or collect the prize from the studio.

The winner is responsible for arranging suitable transportation for the boxed ride-on car.

10. Prize Safety

The ride-on car is a children's electric toy and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

• Adult supervision is required during use.

• The manufacturer's recommended minimum age is 3 years.

• The maximum rider weight is 28 kg.

• The supplied seatbelt should be used as directed.

• Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring the car is used in a safe and appropriate environment.

CircArts Geelong does not provide any additional warranty beyond the rights and guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Entry Verification

CircArts Geelong reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and supporting evidence.

Entries may be disqualified where they are fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or do not meet the competition requirements.

If a membership purchase is reversed or refunded before the draw, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.

Any decision regarding eligibility will be made fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected for this competition will be used to:

• Verify eligibility.

• Record and administer competition entries.

• Contact and notify the winner.

• Arrange prize collection.

• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes solely because a person enters this competition.

Existing marketing preferences and the CircArts Geelong privacy policy will continue to apply.

The winner's name will not be used in promotional photographs or social media announcements without appropriate consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Participants release these platforms from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

14. General Conditions

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CircArts Geelong reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.

Any material changes will be communicated through the CircArts Geelong website.

CircArts Geelong is not responsible for technical failures, incorrect contact details or delayed bonus entry submissions outside its reasonable control.

The competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
