The Love It Guarantee
Not loving it in your first 4 weeks? Tell us and we'll stop your membership, no notice period. After that, memberships have a 12-week minimum and then continue month to month. To stop, email geelong@circarts.com.au with 4 weeks' notice. You can pause for up to 4 weeks a year.

The fine print, in plain English
Membership questions
What do I pay on day one?
Your $149 Welcome Kit plus your first week. After that, your membership is billed weekly to your card.
Can I stop if it's not for us?
Yes. Within your first 4 weeks you can stop with no notice. After that there's a 12-week minimum, then it continues month to month. To stop, email geelong@circarts.com.au with 4 weeks' written notice.
What happens if we miss a class?
Cancel in the Momence app at least 6 hours before class and you'll get a make-up credit, valid for 3 months. Make-up credits can't be used for holiday workshops and end if your membership ends.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, for up to 4 whole weeks each calendar year. Email us at least 7 days before the pause starts.
Do you close over summer?
Weekly classes take a summer break from 21 December 2026 to 17 January 2027. Holiday workshops, privates and parties keep running.
Do you charge for public holidays?
We're closed on public holidays and memberships are not pro-rated for them.
