Evolving Leaders Program
Where young circus artists become leaders.
A leadership program for CircArts students aged 10 and over. Your child will grow both intellectually and socially, learning to lead with empathy and courage, and become a mentor and role model to their peers.
- For students aged 10+
- Online theory plus hands-on learning in class
- Leadership, self-awareness and safe training
- Formerly called Emerging Leaders
How it works
Online learning meets the studio floor
Your child will study essential theory through the DanceStep program, on subjects like anatomy and safe training principles, from the comfort of home and at their own pace.
But it is not all done behind a screen. The theory comes to life in our classes, where your child applies what they have learned under the guidance of our experienced circus coaches. They will learn to understand diverse learning needs and styles, and become a mentor and role model to their peers.
Leadership studies and self-awareness activities encourage your child to take ownership of their actions and care for others, building self-esteem and the kind of confidence that shines in all parts of life.
Where it can lead
From student to coach
Many of our coaches and admin team started as students. Beth became a coach and administrator through this program.
