Aerial classes questions

Do I need to be strong to start aerials?

No. Beginner classes build your strength step by step, and coaches give options for every body.

What should I wear?

Leggings that cover the knees and a top that covers the underarms make grip more comfortable. No zips, buttons or jewellery. Bare feet or grip socks.

How high do you go?

Beginners work low to the mats and climb higher as their skills and confidence grow.

Can adults learn aerials?

Yes. Adults can start in Discover Aerial, Aerial Silks or Low Flow Trapeze, with no experience needed.

How many classes a week?

We suggest 3 sessions a week to see progress every week. Members can add extra sessions at the member casual price.
